Spare Parts and Materials Inventory System

The Spare Parts Inventory is automatically updated when parts are used for scheduled work orders. This feature will supply you with running totals of the on-hand quantities of spare parts. You will be able to see where each part is used (equipment or department). You can set Minimum inventory level for each part, having the program tell you when stock is low and it is time to reorder.

By looking at the equipment service and spare parts use histories, you also will be able to determine which vendor provides you with better quality products.

Just-in-time inventory report will make sure you are never out of vital parts.

Setting Maximum inventory levels will keep spare parts on the shelves for the shortest possible time, therefore saving money.
