GRAND-PM’s Equipment and Preventative Maintenance module allows you to establish and update a comprehensive record for each piece of equipment, a part or environmental area of the facility to be maintained. The detailed records can include all the parts and components that comprise the equipment. The comprehensive records then allow you to set up an effective preventive maintenance schedule for all installed equipment and building areas.
Each record in the Equipment File contains fields for entering information such as an equipment description, category, location, make, model, and date of installation, etc.
Once the equipment items and all relevant equipment information are added to the Equipment File, preventive maintenance can be scheduled for each piece or part of equipment such as safety testing, functional testing, performance verification, calibration, and scheduled environmental maintenance.
